Great outdoor clothes. Friendly and professional staff. Went for an exchange and had no problem in the process and was dealt with efficiently and quickly.

Good service. Quality products. Reasonable prices. In the picture I'm wearing only 1st layer of merino whool and their snow jacket (£50) at -7°. Great purchase!

I was very happy with the quality of the advice that we received for our upcoming travel. It enabled us to spend quite a lot of money on good quality rucksacks boots etc knowing what the difference was between the cheaper and the more expensive options. Connor was the kind and very helpful and informative sales person/manager who turned what was supposed to be a 'browsing and thinking about it' visit into a confident purchase of £800 worth of quality gear that will do the right job. Thank you for your time and energy :)

I visited the store in need of a variety of socks for a journey to India and I was extremely happy with the advice from a sales assistant (a young chap with glasses) .His great deal of knowledge into these socks blew me away and I left the store with everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this store to all the outgoing . Thank you!!

It's the right place to go if you want the best outdoor clothing money can buy. It's lasts for years. Still using a short I got in the 1980's. M

Really good. I took my old paramo jacket in, dropped it off for recycling and in turn received discount on my new jacket right there and then. Ethical, high performing kit!

Cotswold Outdoor London - Piccadilly

I went to Cotswold to find a Trekking Backpack, and I did'n know much about it. I have been very lucky, there was a shop assistant with long blond hair that explained me everything to know about backpacks. He was very kind and polite I'm so happy about my purchase. And I also got a free warranty for 2 years.

I went to the Runners' Needs section in the basement and was served by a knowledgable member of staff—it's always great when vendors are themselves runners. I was allowed to take all the time I needed to try on four pairs of shoes and give them a go on the treadmill. There was also no fuss when other customers decided not to buy anything. Additionally, you get two years' warranty if you become a member.

This Kathmandu is especially good for luggage and travel storage products (see the basement floor). Their range is great if you're going on a trip and need options to allow you to travel compactly. Their luggage and bag options are well designed compared to their competitors, and are reasonably priced.

Very welcoming and helpful staff who knew what they were talking about. Unluckily there is not that big variety of items, but we managed to find all that we needed.
